Lottery winner being Sued lawyer should advise?

I recently (8 months ago) won the lottery (Power Ball) I will refuse give the amount because of its relevance long story short the lady that I was at the time, we stayed together for about 4 months after that and it goes without saying that changes in the money. We broke up, and this will make his 2nd time get a lawyer to try to complain to me a trial. This time, it indicates that 50% of winning is his because it is the reason why I came to Tennessee to live and if not why I would not have won. The first time was the day after our breakup, she said blah blah pain and suffering and I decided to give him 50k to settle out of court and just be done with it. I guess she figured that was only about 5% of my Earnings and she wanted more. My opinion: It cannot prove that I am here and thats why I won BUTTTT! Since the last episode you'd be surprised that people can get away if you have a decent lawyer. Also had a home in our name. 2, it had sold

Just some info here you apply to your situation. If several persons have a winning lottery ticket, each person is taxed on its share of the winnings. But these people must be able to prove they owned a share of the ticket before it is declared to be a winner. If they can not, the "nominal" owner will be taxed on the full amount of the winnings. How so? "If the ticket itself has one or more spaces to indicate the owner, which must be filled with the names of multiple owners, "If this is not the best documentary evidence would, I believe, are composed a document signed by all owners, and dated before the date of the lottery draw relevant. After notarized would be useful, but it is impractical. The document should specify the ticket or tickets are subject to the "ownership agreement", listing all owners, their ownership of specific actions and how they contributed to the cost of the ticket. If the purchaser of the ticket has given the other owners of their shares as a gift (which is certainly possible in the case of several owners who are related), the paper should say. In this case, more important to establish – by deed or by other means – that the buyer has given these "gifts". This rule also means that Winning may not reduce its tax simply by donating some of its gains to other people after the fact. "The IRS may challenge a claim multiple ownership of a winning lottery ticket if the co-owners are all members of the same family. In this case, it is particularly important to be able to establish by documentary evidence that the arrangement was proper multiple ownership in place before the lottery ticket was found to be a winner. "My short notice ….. ………. ….. no agreement No sharing! No evidence .. ……… gets nothing! Not married ……….. any legal action by marriage! If you want to end this ASAP contact with the lawyer below ……. He can "er'done Git 'It is an expensive lawyer, but gets results in 99% of cases it takes. Who knows … a simple letter to the lady in May to stop the whole shannagans! Good luck and congratulations on your winnings! Flaherty & Flaherty (270) 926-5050
