With this statement, it may no longer be difficult to believe that the human mind to May and can be used to influence environment which is outside the human body, and also people who may be interacting with the person using the energy mind.
In influencing people and the environment, I do not mean that changes in people's lives and situations and those of the environment are significantly modified or assigned to using physical intervention as a result of planning or decision making for an action intended (which therefore comes to mind). I do not want that change is actually caused in their original state or condition using the power of thought alone to bring forth these changes without using physical means, in real time.

In this definition, I do not include stage magicians, who are more likely to use mechanical accessories to complete the illusion, although I deeply respect them for their time and patience they have devoted to their craft. And yes, you guessed May You can apply mind over matter to yourself (surprise!) To get rid of habits unwanted and thus promote self-improvement. You may also make a variety of other things that you may have wanted to do. It is your mind, you see?
