does it still count if my lottery ticket that i just got today have already been drawn in the past?

Like if i just got a lottery today and if the numbers are 04-09-18-24-45 and the mega ball is 5. And i go to the past drawings and the results were the mega ball was 5 and 04 and 24 i have the same do i still win?
